OverTake is bringing back the Screenshot of the Month competition: The coolest shots posted on our Discord server win OverTake Premium!
Driving virtual cars is what draws most into sim racing - but there's more than that: Just like at real racing circuits, managing to get a spectacular shot of the action is a great feeling, and because of that, it is hardly a surprise that plenty of sim racers are also sim photographers, so to speak.
Here on OverTake, we constantly take screenshots ourselves, mostly for them to appear in articles or to work them into video thumbnails. However, the coolest shots usually appear within our community - and that's why we're bringing back the Screenshot of the Month competition!
Post Your Screenshot, Win Premium
Every month, we will award the top 5 screenshots posted to our Discord server with OverTake Premium memberships.And participating is easy - just follow these simple steps:
- Join our Discord server if you haven't already
- Post your screenshot in the #screenshot-of-the-month channel
- Remember to upload the best quality/resolution possible
- Leave a reaction to other screenshots posted there
- Reactions and the OverTake staff's picks determine five finalists
- Final voting takes place via an Instagram story on our profile at the end of each month
Prizes
- 1st place: 1 year of OverTake Premium
- 2nd to 5th place: 1 month of OverTake Premium
The top 5 shots of each month will be made available as a wallpaper for our community (if possible) as well!
For the April edition of Screenshot of the Month, no theme in particular is in play, so feel free to simply post the overall best shots you have - we're looking forward to them already! The contest is running until April 30, with a new one starting next month.
