After a successful debut in Assetto Corsa EVO, the OverTake Racing Club is looking forward to its second event in Kunos' sim on April 14.
The OverTake Racing Club broke new ground last week: Its first-ever event in Assetto Corsa EVO was on the schedule for our Premium Members, and the two 12-lap sprints in Caterham Academy cars at Fuji's short layout proved to be a great debut.
Of course, that means that the next event is already around the corner: Join us on April 14 at 18:00 UTC for some fun in the Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA at Donington Park's National layout!
A somewhat different challenge awaits: The wide and mostly flat Fuji Speedway makes way for the winding up-and-down sweepers of Donington, and the vintage Alfa is perhaps an even more manual experience than the Caterham. Now is the time to dust off your H-shifters if you haven't used them in a while!

Several close battles, often side by side, made for exciting on-track action.
In race 1, @eN1xes took victory by a fairly convincing margin, while race 2 saw @StephenDemet emerge in the lead after avoiding some turn 1 fireworks ahead - and the rest of the pack never caught up again. However, the best combined result was achieved by @cerebralvortex, who claimed P2 in both races - are they going to be the driver to watch in the Alfa at Donington? We'll find out on Tuesday!
Looking to host your own Assetto Corsa EVO server? SIATI is the official server provider for Kunos Simulazioni's sim. Servers start at €5 per day, with player slots only being limited by the capacity of the track you choose.
Longer run times mean discounts on the price, too. A 30-day server is €15, and the longer you choose your server to run, the bigger the discount.

Welcome to the new AC Evo racing club, which will be running on Overtake's new private and dedicated Evo server.
For this event premium members will be able to enjoy the historic Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA around Donnington National, which is one of the UK's oldest race tracks but still one of the greatest due in no small part to the legendary Craner curves.
The event format will be two 20 lap sprint races with the grid set for both by an initial 20 min qualifying session.
While Evo remains in Early Access Overtake testing has shown both Evo, and the SIATI server platform that we are utilising, to be reliable and robust so sign up now to join us on this latest sim racing journey.
