A new week means a new set of events in our Racing Club. Here's what's on tap for our Premium Members from April 19 to 26.
The OverTake Racing Club is ready for a double kick-off of series this week: On Wednesday, the first of six ELMS-inspired races takes place at Barcelona in Le Mans Ultimate, pitting the derestricted LMP2s and the LMGT3 cars against each other. Then, just a day later, round one of the UK Touring Car Series in rFactor 2 takes on Donington Park's National layout in the official BTCC content - an exciting prospect!
Meanwhile, the AC EVO Club takes the brand-new GT3 cars plus the BMW M4 GT3 Evo for a spin at the also newly-released Sebring in a 60-minute race - but with a 12x time multiplier to emulate the Sebring 12 Hours.
Meanwhile, our Easter Special Hotlap Leaderboard Challenge is still running, and it is open to any OverTake member via OverTake Turbo - check it out below!
And if you feel like you would rather do a few relaxed laps around the Nordschleife in AC EVO, feel free to hop on the OverTake 24/7 Track Day server - no Premium Membership required!

What is the Racing Club?
Simply put, the Racing Club is what its name implies—a club where members can race against other OverTake community members.
There is a bit more to it, though, of course. The Racing Club hosts events throughout the week in the following simulations:
- Assetto Corsa
- Assetto Corsa Competizione (currently inactive)
- Assetto Corsa EVO
- Automobilista 2
- EA Sports WRC (currently inactive)
- Le Mans Ultimate
- RaceRoom (currently inactive)
- rFactor 2
Normally, Racing Club events are open to Premium Members only. However, there are occasional 'Rookie Weeks' or non-Premium Member events to allow everyone to try the Club. To keep track of what events are happening during the week, you can also keep an eye on this post, which will be updated weekly.
Just Good, Clean Racing
If you are hesitant about online racing, the Racing Club is nothing to be afraid of. In fact, it is not about competitive racing and who wins in the end, but rather about having a good time on track with good, clean racing. This is the core element of the Racing Club.
Do not be afraid to ask for help if you need it, either! The Club regulars are a helpful bunch, so even online newcomers should feel comfortable in no time and even learn a thing or two.
Of course, there are Racing Club rules. These include certain on-track behaviour that is expected of participants, like handling incidents and racing around other cars. The full Racing Club rules list is here.
How To Sign Up
Getting up and running for Club races is easy. As a Premium Member, simply head to the event page, click the race you want to participate in, and hit the "Sign up" button - that's it! Additionally, you will find the needed content, including download links, under "additional information".
Please note that you must add your real name to your user profile to participate in races, as per the Club's rules. Your username does not need to be changed, though.
After that, it's as simple as showing up to the event, joining the party on the OverTake Discord server if you want to participate in the banter, and going racing—have fun, and see you on track!
