How To Unlock And Locate All Forza Horizon 6 Barn Finds

Barn finds have been a staple of the Forza Horizon franchise ever since the original title on the Xbox 360. There are some fantastic cars to find in Playground Games' Forza Horizon 6, and this is how to find each of them across Japan!

WARNING: There are spoilers for all of the barn find cars and their regions, however, we have deliberately not included their map locations, so you can still have fun hunting them down, but with some clues to help! If you want to find them all organically, then please click off now!

Barn finds are one of the three types of collectable cars you will find dotted across the map throughout your journey in Japan. Unlike Treasure Cars and Aftermarket Cars, these return from previous games and are hidden in run-down barns, often in the middle of trees and forests.

These cars are unlocked in a different way than previous games, and require you to complete various Discover Japan activities in the Collection Journal to unlock Stamps. Each Stamp category unlocks new Barn Finds. You first have to locate them, then wait for the car to be restored before adding it to your garage.

The image above showcases all the barn-find cars that you will be able to find as of June 2026. You will find everything from a Nissan Pao to a Mazda 787B across Japan!

Before we dive into how to unlock each barn find, we need to know what a Barn Find looks like on the Horizon map. When you open the map, look for a small, opaque purple circle with a question mark in the middle.

The best way to find the barn itself, once you are within the purple circle, will be to enter 'Drone Mode' and fly around the highlighted area until you discover a rundown barn. Once you fly up to the structure, the purple circle will disappear, and a solid icon of the barn will appear. Simply drive to that icon, and the cutscene will begin, eventually rewarding you with whichever car you have found!
