Assetto Corsa Rally is due for another update in June, and that will introduce a new gravel location, as per a new teaser.
Ever since Assetto Corsa Rally launched into Early Access, it featured only Rally Wales as a gravel event - a fact that many sim racers criticized. Since then, Rally Monte Carlo and the Livigno ice circuit have been added, neither of which features the loose terrain usually associated with rally cars.
AC Rally's v0.5 update that's due to launch in June will change this: A new gravel location has been confirmed to join the roster, although it is not clear which one - only a short teaser video showing part of a stage offers some hints, but there is not too much to go by.
New Assetto Corsa Rally Gravel Location: Greece, Finland, Or Something Else?
The teaser appears to show that the stage is mostly lined by trees, includes quite a bit of elevation change, and a fair few twisty parts. Looking at the 2026 WRC calendar - though AC Rally is not associated with the World Championship, of course - shows that the next two events are gravel-based classics, with the Acropolis Rally Greece being next from June 25 to 28, followed by Rally Finland from July 30 to August 2.
Keeping in mind that Monte Carlo was added to AC Rally about a month after the real-life WRC season opener there, this could hint strongly at Greece if the same logic applies. The event is considered one of the most grueling gravel rallies on the calendar, as the rough terrain and technical stages really challenge crews along the way.
